People have been asking me how I feel about the outcome of this case and whether I was going to write something about it or not. I wasn’t, but here we are. I’m not even going to really edit this.
He did it. Period. Argue with your mama.
This individual has anger and violence issues that have played out publicly on more than one occasion. He needs to do time and reflect on his issues and address them. This was not about Megan Pete’s sex life, whether she was drunk or not, or whether the Jenner girl wanted her to leave and/or the reason. This was also not about her so-called friend flipping and taking something (let’s be honest, she was paid off) to forget EVERYTHING and perjured herself on the stand.
This case was about whether Daystar Peterson (Tory Lanez) shot Megan Pete (Megan Thee Stallion) on the street that night. He didn’t even take the stand in his own defense. Gunpowder residue existed, DNA was inconclusive (which happens when you wipe your prints off a weapon sloppily, don’t ask me how I know this just take my word for it). His attorneys were not that good. They acted as though this was a sexual assault trial (which is where all the references to the victim’s sexual activities fit in this) but didn’t make the conversion.
Yes, he was convicted. Yes, his daddy cut the fool in the court room (now we see why his son acts the way he does), and yes we will all move on.
I said all this to say, I feel how I feel and I’m glad he was convicted. Again, try Jesus, not me.
